This is a self portrait. This is the first self portrait I have completed that I can remember. With this self portrait I adopted the name Art Bumpkin.



Of the metal panels that I found scattered around our farm some were powder coated in a yellow brown paint, probably from their orginal manufacturing. A few including this one had another coat of a red barn paint on it. The hinges were attached by their previous owner.
